ICAL alumnus appointed YIAG Regional Representative

ICAL alumnus Yaroslav Petrov (Asters) has been designated as Regional Representative for YIAG.

Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG) was established in 1997 with the support the LCIA as an association for practitioners, students and younger members of the arbitration community.

YIAG is divided in a number of regional groups (Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America, Middle East, North America and Russia/CIS). Former ICAL student, Yaroslav Petrov (Asters) has been appointed for the regional group Russia/CIS, in particular, in representation of Ukraine.

Yaroslav has been appointed for a three year term and will play an important role for YIAG, being responsible for tasks such as reporting to members of YIAG on significant developments in arbitration in their region and  assisting to further the aim of YIAG to hold symposia in diverse locations worldwide.
